Introducing the new season prints FEB18

At this time in a season it is always the busiest. We are moments away from launching the new FEB18 collection, designing and confirming SEP18 and still selling SEP17.
We thought this journal post would be a nice way to introduce the new season prints we have selected and give you a bit of background behind each one.

We are very lucky to work in partnership with Liberty London, this enables us to bring you the newest prints each season in our beautiful products.

Each season we try and create two dynamic collections that enable you to mix and match the prints together to create your own unique look. We also update our classic collections, more on this later.

First, let me introduce to you the prints...

Liberty print Rumble & Roar
Rumble & Roar
Liberty London Fabrics’ Rumble and Roar print is lustrously colour-rich in soft, durable Tana Lawn cotton. Liberty London Fabrics’ Rumble and Roar draws inspiration from a cavernous museum of natural history, where little ones can imagine that pterodactyls still swoop across the sky, stegosauruses plod steadily onwards and shrieking velociraptors dart through the undergrowth.

Liberty Print Capel Grey

Capel

Taken from a 1930s Liberty London cotton pattern, the Capel fabric design joined the Classic Tana Lawn collection in 1979. Tana Lawn cotton’s distinctive hand-feel and translucent softness make it a versatile favourite.

Liberty Print Theo
Theo

To lift parts of the collection we also have these two highlight prints.

Liberty Print Katie & Millie
Katie & Millie
The Katie and Millie print is a true classic – a small floral trail inspired by a design from the Liberty London Archive originally created in the 1920s.

Liberty Print Wiltshire Berry
Wiltshire Berry
The Wiltshire Berry print is a retooled version of a timeless Liberty London Fabrics classic. This leaf and berry pattern was designed for Liberty London in 1933. Like Betsy, it was created by the designer with the initials DS. It was redesigned in 1968. Wiltshire has been on classic Tana since 1979. Tana Lawn cotton’s distinctive hand-feel and translucent softness make it a versatile favourite.
