Small Changes Big Refresh

At this time of year we always start making plans for the house for the year ahead. This year at home our focus is the upstairs living space, this includes the bigger project of the bathrooms as well as the bedrooms. Whether you plan to make big changes with full renovations or smaller details there are many ways to refresh your space.

My starting point is always Pinterest. I love the excuse to create a new board for a new project. You can find our daily inspiration tips there, as well as boards we are always adding to for ongoing inspiration.
Following the virtual staring point I love the creative process of then pulling together the prints and colours with swatches and samples in real life, it is this that gives you the textures and really helps for visualisation.

A great way to update a bedroom is by adding new bedding, either just the pillowcases or the full duvet set. The swatch service we offer enables you to see the prints in the natural light of the room rather than through a computer screen and this can often transform the colours. By having the swatches to hand enables you to mix and match the prints you love together.
