Shipping policy

 

At Coco & Wolf we offer worldwide shipping of our luxury Liberty Fabric products.

Each item is handmade with care and attention by our in-house team.
All of our luxury clothing and interiors are handmade to order and so we ask that you allow 10 working days for your order to be processed and made, ready for shipping. We will always endeavour to deliver to you sooner than this if we are able to however inevitably during busy periods we reach the latter end of this time frame. 
Expedited Express Delivery is available within the UK, by which your order is prioritised, and made in 3-5 working days. 

You'll be kept up to date at every stage. As well as receiving an order confirmation, you will also be notified once your order is made and ready for dispatch, and again when the item is on it's way. 

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £150.00. These parcels will be sent using our tracked economy service.
You will receive a parcel tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched so you can keep up to date with the progress, and on your delivery day you will receive a delivery window.

PLEASE NOTE THAT COCO & WOLF COLLECT TAXES AND DUTIES THAT ARE INCURRED WHEN SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UK AT CHECKOUT.

  • Economy - After my order has been made I am happy to wait 48 hours for the parcel to arrive through DPD courier
  • Standard - After my order has been made I need it to arrive on the next working day with DHL Courier
  • Express - Expedited DHL Service (3-4 working days from order being placed)

EUROPE Zone 1
  • Economy International - After my order has been made I am happy to use a tracked economy delivery through Royal Mail
  • Express International - After my order has been made I need it to arrive on the next working day with DPD
