Exclusive Print Spotlight: Betsy Aubergine

The Liberty archive is a constant source of inspiration for us here at Coco & Wolf and it is an honour to recolour and rework prints, transforming them and allowing them to take on a new life. Our rich new interpretations, including Betsy in Candy Floss, Michelle in Sand and Donna Leigh in Silver Blue are all designed especially with you in mind, and often inspired by beloved historical design icons. Today we’re introducing you to our latest exclusively developed print, Betsy in Aubergine.

ABOUT BETSY AUBERGINE

The iconic Liberty Betsy print is made of up tightly-knitted florals, and was created for Liberty Fabrics in 1933. It was designed by the enigmatic DS, whose work makes up many of Liberty's favourite house patterns. Betsy has been part of the Classics collection since 1982 and with its enduring charm and timeless style is often one of the very first prints people fall in love with. Our new and exclusive Aubergine colour way sees the beloved Betsy transformed with warm, earth toned pops of rust and aubergine alongside a soft lilac grey.
