We hope you love your Coco & Wolf piece, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
To request a return, please email us at hello@cocoandwolf.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Please note:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item, we recommend placing a new order to secure availability, and returning your original item for a refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve this as quickly as possible.
Made to Order Items
Please note that made-to-order, personalised and archive items are non-returnable, unless faulty.
Please note that Coco & Wolf do not accept responsibility for additional taxes and duties that are incurred when shipping outside of the UK.
