Once we receive your order you will be kept up to date at every stage. As well as receiving an order confirmation, you will also be notified once your order is made and ready for dispatch, and again when the item is on it's way.
Product Lead Times
Each Coco & Wolf piece is handmade to order. This means we have a product lead time of up to 7 working days. This includes time for your order to be processed, handmade and packed ready for shipping. We will always endeavour to make your product quicker than this if we are able to.
Dispatch Times
Dispatch times cover the time it takes for your delivery to reach you once it leaves Coco & Wolf. All provided dispatch times are not inclusive of product lead time. Dispatch time should always be added to product lead time when estimating your product’s arrival date.
Taxes & Duties
Please note that if Coco & Wolf collect additional taxes and duties that are incurred when shipping outside of the UK, these taxes and duties will be clearly shown at checkout.

We offer three levels of shipping service; Economy, Standard and Express. Our shipping providers are Royal Mail, FedEx and DHL.
