Caring for Tana Lawn™ Cotton

Renowned for its silky smooth finish and lightweight feel, Tana Lawn™ cotton is as durable as it is luxurious. Here’s how to care for your Tana Lawn™ pieces:

  • Washing: Machine wash at 40°c using a gentle detergent. For extra care, turn items inside out before washing.
  • Drying: Air drying is recommended to maintain the fabric’s softness. 
  • Ironing: Use a warm iron to smooth out creases and revive the fabric’s lustrous finish. Always iron on the reverse side. Ironing whilst slightly damp creates better results. 
  • Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.


Caring for Silk

Silk is the epitome of luxury and requires extra care to preserve its delicate beauty. Follow these tips to keep your silk pieces looking their best:

  • Washing: Hand wash your silk pieces in cold water with a silk-friendly detergent.
  • Drying: Lay flat to air dry, avoiding direct sunlight which can weaken the fibres and fade colours. Do not tumble dry.
  • Ironing: Use a cool iron with a pressing cloth to prevent shine and damage, or gently steam wrinkles out.
  • Storage: Store silk items in breathable fabric bags to protect them from dust and snagging, and avoid hanging for long periods to prevent stretching.
