EU Withdrawal Request

Customers based in the European Union may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days of receiving their order.

Many Coco & Wolf pieces are handmade to order in our Somerset studio, often using fabrics or specifications chosen by the customer. Where an item has been made to your specification or is clearly personalised, the right of withdrawal may not apply.

If you would like to request withdrawal for an eligible order, please email us at hello@cocoandwolf.com and include the following details:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• The email address used to place your order
• The item or items you wish to withdraw from
• The date your order was received

Once received, we will confirm your request by email and advise whether your order is eligible for withdrawal under the applicable consumer rules.

Please do not return any items until we have confirmed the next steps with you.
