RETURNS
At Coco & Wolf, each item is handmade to order specially for you. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, personalised and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun.
We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Coco & Wolf. However, if for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@cocoandwolf.com
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide our returns address and instructions for returning your item.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
Unless an item is faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as Coco & Wolf cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s). Please allow an additional 3–5 working days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Please note that personalised, bespoke, sale, or discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty, as these items are made specifically to order.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@cocoandwolf.com with photographs and details of the issue. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
As our products are handmade using natural fabrics, slight variations in print placement, colour, and finish are part of their unique character and are not considered faults.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@cocoandwolf.com
Orders may be amended or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, production may already have started and we may no longer be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.
Please ensure all order details are correct before placing your order.
If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to accommodate amendments or issue a cancellation and full refund at our discretion.
Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund.
Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Once an order has been dispatched, original shipping charges are non-refundable and customers may also be responsible for any return shipping or courier charges incurred in returning the parcel to us.
Any applicable refund will be processed once the returned order has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
Please note that international orders may be subject to taxes and duties, which are collected at checkout where applicable.
