Coco & Wolf x Ele Grafton Studio 2020
Each Coco & Wolf piece is designed with you in mind, curated and crafted to become part of your story and it’s important to us that those we collaborate with are also creating something which will become a cherished part of your home for years to come. With this in mind, we’re thrilled to announce our second collaboration with the creative and charming, Ele Grafton Studio, featuring a one off series of ten magical, hand crafted book light boxes featuring the Liberty fabric which is at the very heart of Coco & Wolf.
ABOUT ELE GRAFTON STUDIO
Ele lives and works in the Somerset countryside creating unique and delightful light box scenes from beautiful old books. She creates bespoke scale models of clients’ homes or other buildings that hold a special place in their heart, using books, maps or other texts which have a sentimental meaning. Ele also creates intricate collage pieces using original watercolour drawings, mark making, shape and pattern.
THE COCO & WOLF PIECES
Ele has worked closely with Coco & Wolf to create this limited number of handmade pieces, each combining our stunning Liberty Fabric with beautiful, old children’s book pages. Each light box is totally unique and features either a fairytale castle or cottage, perfect for capturing both children and adult’s imaginations, alike. The individual books are all carefully selected to ensure they relate to each piece, so that the visible text might show words such as ‘castle’, ‘moon’, ‘forest’ and ‘princess’.
Carefully lit from within by a tiny, battery powered LED light, each piece comes ready to be hung on a wall or displayed on a shelf and will be sure to bring years of joy to anyone lucky enough to receive one.
