All of our pieces are handmade to order, we ask that you allow 15 working days for your order to be processed and made, ready for shipping. We will always endeavour to deliver to you sooner than this if we are able to however inevitably during busy periods we reach the latter end of this time frame. 
Express Delivery is available in the UK, by which your order is prioritised, and made in 3-5 working days. This option is available at checkout.

Royal Mail offer a good service within the UK, we send all of these parcels using a tracked service.

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £150.00.

For all non UK customers we use DHL as the service is more reliable and much quicker with getting your order safely delivered to you.

Coco & Wolf do not accept responsibility for additional taxes and duties that are incurred when shipping outside of the UK. 

The discount code will appear on your computer screen when you sign up to receive our newsletter. This popup can sometimes be blocked by your service provider depending on your personal preferences. We advise checking all your mail boxes for our discount code email if you didn't see the code appear on the computer screen. There can be a delay of up to 48 hours. Please contact us at hello@cocoandwolf.com if you do not receive the code.

We wrap and package all our products beautifully in tissue paper which is perfect if you are sending a gift or ordering something special for yourself.

Yes. In every parcel we send out we include a hand written note card. These can be used to write a special gift message and to let the receiver know who it’s from. Please leave the note you would like to leave in the notes section at the checkout.

No. None of our items come with price labels as all our products are handmade to order. Our pieces come beautifully wrapped with Coco & Wolf and Made With Liberty Fabric labels.

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Coco & Wolf. If, however, for any reason you would like to exchange or return your purchase please return your order using our returns portal.
All items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn and unused with all tags attached and in the item's original packaging.
Return charges are the customer's responsibility, and we strongly advise you to return using a secure postal method, with a proof of postage, as we are unable to refund or exchange items not received.
Personalised, bespoke, sale or discounted items are final and are excluded from our returns policy, unless faulty. In the unlikely event a product is faulty we will refund the full purchase price.
