Product Lead Times
Each Coco & Wolf piece is handmade to order. This means we have a product lead time of up to 7 working days. This includes time for your order to be processed, handmade and packed ready for shipping. We will always endeavour to make your product quicker than this if we are able to.
Dispatch Times
Dispatch times cover the time it takes for your delivery to reach you once it leaves Coco & Wolf. All provided dispatch times are not inclusive of product lead time. Dispatch time should always be added to product lead time when estimating your product’s arrival date.
United States Taxes & Duties
We are pleased to ship Coco & Wolf products to customers throughout the United States. All US orders include shipping, duties, tariffs and taxes at checkout, meaning the price you see is the price you pay. There are no additional charges upon delivery, allowing you to shop with confidence and complete transparency.
